![]() ![]() What's more, if you connect back to the docking station it swaps back to ethernet just fine and the drivesĪre available again AND if you then disconnect the ethernet cable (from the docking station) it swaps over to WiFi/Direct AccessĪND the DFS mapped drives all work just fine. If you access "Properties" there is also no longer any DFS tab (is that a clue?). But the DFS mapped drives (which is all we use, I only had a direct mapping for testing) get "Windows cannot access \\server\share". In fact it is even more exact than that - it is only DFS drives - drives just mapped to a regular network folder work fine. ![]() All works greatĮxcept if you undock from the docking station - then the mapped network drives are no longer available despite it swapping over to WiFi and Direct Access otherwise seamlessly working (can access other internal network resources etc all good). We are trialling some new Surface Pro 4's with docking stations and Windows 10 and also Direct Access. Not sure where to post this so I'll start here. ![]() ![]() ![]()
